Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center is one of South Florida’s largest skilled nursing facilities and has been serving the needs of this diverse community for over four decades. Located near the heart of Downtown Miami and minutes from South Beach, Unity is also near to Jackson Memorial Hospital, the Miami VA Hospital and the University of Miami Hospital.

Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care

Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center is for both short-term rehabilitation care and long-term skilled care. Whether the need is for temporary intensive therapy, or for an extended stay, our experienced, caring, and skilled staff will add to your quality of life and get you where you need to be. In addition, we have many different social events and adaptive physical activities to help in all aspects of you or your loved one’s well-being. We provide residents with entertainment, exercise and a health and wellness program to keep them as busy and active as they are comfortable with.

Our Staff

We have an in-house therapy team available to provide an array of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Our facility is one of the largest and we know this is a reflection of the area we serve and the services we offer. All our staff, from the dietary team to the personal care attendants, knows that each patient is an individual with individual needs. You will be amazed at the lengths our staff will go to from providing friendly companionship to earning the Vohra Center of Excellence for Wound Management certification.
